How to ensure the safety of product transportation? How is the shipping fee calculated?
We use professional export packaging. For metal equipment such as scaffolds, after rust prevention treatment, we wrap them with thick plastic film, and then put them into customized wooden boxes filled with buffer materials such as foam to prevent collision and damage during transportation. Building templates and other board products will be wrapped in moisture-proof paper and fixed with wooden pallets. If you have a logistics provider, they can also arrange shipment according to your requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience in payment, we accept various secure and convenient payment methods, mainly including wire transfer (T/T) to our designated bank account. You can choose to operate in domestic or international banks; For some small orders, PayPal payment is also accepted. For high-quality customers or large orders with long-term cooperation, more flexible payment methods can be negotiated, and specific details can be discussed with our business team.
What is the typical delivery cycle for an order?
Sample orders can usually be delivered within 5-7 working days so that you can evaluate the product as soon as possible. Batch production orders will be shipped within 20-25 working days for regular specification products after receiving a 30% advance payment from you and confirming the product design is correct; If customized products are involved, the production cycle may be extended to 30-35 working days. If there is an urgent order requirement, please inform us in advance, and we will allocate resources to prioritize production and shipment.
Do you have a minimum order quantity requirement?
Yes, for international orders, different products have different minimum order quantity standards. If you have small batch purchasing needs, you can communicate with us, and we will do our best to coordinate a suitable solution for you based on inventory and production arrangements.
